Job Summary

• The Lead Service Specialist assists the Site Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists and is hands-on processing complex print productions, scanning mail, quality control, client communication, mail runs, and trouble shooting.
• This person will be in charge when the manager is off and is looking for someone who can be completely flexible with starting as early as 7am, or working as late as 7pm.
• This position will have a growth track to Site Supervisor and offers a compensation range of $26.00 to $31.25 USD per hour, potentially eligible for an annual bonus.
