Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years investment management experience
  • 5+ years sales or business development
  • Strong investment acumen across ETFs
  • Relationship building with RIAs and Bank Trusts
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout region

Nice-to-have

  • CFA, CIMA, or similar investment designations
  • Experience within the RIA channel
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Creative problem solving skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Minimum 7 years investment management experience
  • At least 5 years in sales or business development
  • Preferred: CFA, CIMA, or similar designation
