  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CRM software knowledge Salesforce Softrax

  • RHIA or RHIT credential preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years combined healthcare software customer service/sales experience
  • High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years combined healthcare software customer service/sales experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
