Job Summary

  • As the Principal, Employee Relations, you’ll serve as a lead expert within our Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE), providing high-level consultation to leaders and HR Business Partners to build proactive, data-driven strategies.
  • You will own the end-to-end investigation lifecycle for sensitive or escalated complaints, analyze HR metrics to identify trends, and refine and scale workflows for ADA accommodations, leaves of absence, and corrective action.

Key Requirements

  • 10 years HR/Employee Relations experience
  • 3+ years leading complex investigations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • HR Certification highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of employment law
  • Proven ability to identify trends and recommend systemic changes
  • Ability to spot potential risk early
  • Demonstrated success in high-pressure investigations
