  • The Partner Strategy and Growth team leads strategy, planning and business development for the partner business at Workday, defining and executing strategy with leaders across the business.
  • The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with strategic partner relationships, building on the Workday Benefits & Pay hub to deliver benefits and care to employees.
  • A successful Tech BD will lead technology engagement with complex partner relationships, establishing trust, demoing capabilities, providing deep expertise, and supporting onboarding and integration with Workday Wellness APIs.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $197,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $234,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
