  • Provides leadership and oversight for all building operations and maintenance activities to ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Manages a team of maintenance technicians, assigns and prioritizes work orders, and ensures timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating complex repairs, monitoring building systems performance, and implementing best practices to maximize efficiency and extend asset life cycles.
