The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient privacy and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, recording intake/output, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Experience with lifting and transporting residents
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
