Job Summary

• As a Logistics Team Lead at Caterpillar, you will assist the Section Manager in coordinating workflow, promoting cooperative team relationships, establishing daily priorities, etc., and you will also be performing various warehousing functions at the Athens, GA facility.
• In this role you may be expected to establish daily priorities, providing feedback to supervisory team on employee performance and perform and/or coordinate the employee training on work techniques and promote continuous improvement.
• This is a 1st shift hourly position with a starting wage of $25.30/hour. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
