MOBS Lab is seeking an Associate Director for Chemical Technical Operations to lead technical support for drug substance tech transfer and manufacturing within its North America External Manufacturing Network. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Small Molecule API processes, along with leadership and collaboration skills, to drive performance excellence with external partners

Job Summary

  • The Technical Lead will manage the technical interface between the company and external partners to support drug substance tech transfer and commercial manufacture.
  • This role requires providing process support to resolve production issues, evaluating process changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the North America External Manufacturing Network.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent advanced degrees with less experience.
