• As Vice President, Operations of our Group Benefits Division you’re responsible for building a strong strategic operations plan with the infrastructure to support all aspects of the sales and service of our valued group benefits clients.
• You ensure, thorough collaboration, teamwork and the selection and development of technically competent employees, strong client focus and satisfaction through the timely delivery of a quality end product.
• The successful candidate thrives in a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere and leverages their strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a team-oriented environment.

• 15+ years operational management experience in employee benefits
• Valid Life License (LLQP) in British Columbia
• CEBS, CALU, CIM, and other designations preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
