This role requires managing enterprise PC imaging systems, utilizing KACE for inventory and patching, and developing scripts to empower the Service Desk.
Candidates must have strong analytical skills, scripting experience, and the ability to collaborate in a global support team while providing world-class customer support.

Must-have
Manage enterprise PC imaging via MDT
Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
Utilize KACE System Management Appliance
Analyze endpoint status with Power BI
Support Jira Service Management migration
Understanding of Azure and Windows OS
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI tools and chatbots
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change)
A+ certification desired
Technical writing and documentation experience
Key Requirements
Associate's degree or 3-5 years IT experience
2-3 years of scripting experience required
A+ certification desired
On-call availability including evenings and weekends
