The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM), driving end-to-end execution, ecosystem development, and partner engagement.
The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership, program management and execution, ecosystem and partner engagement, team leadership, and providing technical assistance to the Government of Odisha for CCM.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Public Health, Management, Public Policy, Health Informatics, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

Prior experience working with state or national government stakeholders in leadership roles
Proven track record of successfully leading large scale projects in ABDM, digital health or IT implementation
