As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years commercial property management experience
Experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare
Strong financial acumen and reporting experience
Familiarity with building systems and lease administration
CA Real Estate License required within 120 days
Experience with Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
