Job Summary

• The Director position will provide leadership and oversight for Premier Pharmacy Services initiatives that support members, suppliers, and internal business partners across pharmacy compounding, pharmacy operations, strategic sourcing, and value-added analytics.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pharmacy compounding services, strategic sourcing support, development of member-facing operational toolkits, business intelligence and analytics support, and supplier evaluations.

• 7 or more years of applicable experience
• Bachelors degree required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
• Master’s degree preferred
• Health-system pharmacy operations experience
• Pharmacy technology and automation experience
