AIG is seeking a Finance Operations Process Transformation Leader to enhance intercompany expense processes and deliver financial insights within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in finance, strategic planning, and project management, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and financial analytics

Job Summary

  • This position will work with the global teams involved in building, operationalizing and governing intercompany expense processes with (AIG Operations) regional leaders, third party leaders and global process leaders.
  • Lead project financial tracking, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget), and establish and drive financial governance while function or process integration.
