Salary
Base: $100,000.00–$125,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual profit sharing and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and flexible PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years relevant electronics experience
Circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills
Printed circuit board assembly knowledge
Electronics test and measurement equipment
Onsite work in East Aurora NY required
Nice-to-have
Experience in aerospace or regulated industry
Knowledge of LEAN and Root Cause methods
Strong analytical skills and ownership
Ability to travel 10-15% of the year
Project planning and data acquisition skills
Key Requirements
BSEE degree required
Minimum 5 years experience (8 preferred)
Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora NY
