Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing all Severity Level 3 integrity and Severity Level 1-3 HR investigations for the ABB Motion Business Area in the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will partner with legal and HR colleagues to investigate issues ranging from theft and conflict of interest to harassment and substance abuse.
ABB offers a hybrid work model with preferred locations in Italy, the Netherlands, or key ABB Motion locations across Europe.

Key Requirements
US degree in law, HR, or audit (LLB, LLM, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in ethics and integrity investigations
Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems
