Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management
  • Proven track record in managing or supporting major incidents
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks
  • Technical understanding across LAN/WAN, voice, security, server, cloud, and desktop environments
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Demonstrated leadership, customer focus, and accountability
  • Eligible to work in Australia
