Job Summary

• The Principal Product Risk Associate will support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Investigator Platforms team, focusing on the Next Gen Investigation Ecosystem.
• This role requires a blend of risk assessment, process and project management, change management, and technology skills to ensure product resilience by design.
• Responsibilities include influencing business areas to mitigate risk, maintaining product risk documentation, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
• At least 3 years of experience working on cross-functional projects and programs
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• 4+ years of Financial Services and Risk Management experience
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
• 3+ years of experience with Root Cause Analysis
• 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Professional certification in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
