This role provides architectural leadership, governance oversight, and process stewardship to ensure CMDB integrity, CSDM alignment, and enterprise-wide data quality.
Drive transformation of CMDB intake and operational queues through automation and AI-enabled solutions, reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and increasing throughput efficiency while maintaining SLA adherence.
