Facilitates preparation for patients planned for vascular surgery/procedures and provides a strong consistent clinical presence in all phases of patient care.
Reviews and retrieves data pertinent to patient’s medical history, performs and records physical assessment, and collaborates with physicians on plan of care.
Plans appropriate discharge plans, assesses medical needs pre and post procedures, and actively participates in other aspects of Vascular specialty care.
