Job Summary

  • The Home Health Nurse assumes primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages.
  • This position offers a flexible schedule of two days a week plus one weekend per month with mileage reimbursement and company equipment.
  • RNs are eligible to participate in the Career Advancement Program (CAP) to attain various levels of advancement based on performance achievements.

  • AHA BLS-HCP certification required
