Job Summary

  • The EHS Engineer supports the safe and sustainable operation of the Unilever Hammond Dove Bar Soap Factory by applying technical expertise, analytical capability, and on-the-floor engagement to reduce risk and advance the site’s Vision Zero.
  • In this hands-on engineering position, you will partner closely with the EHS Manager and cross-functional teams to implement systems, strengthen standards, and drive continuous improvement across all safety, health, and environmental programs.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in EHS, engineering, or process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, OHS, or related field
  • Experience influencing and engaging employees in manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of safety culture principles
  • Working knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interpret data and convert findings into actions
  • PSM Site experience
  • Availability to support operations across shifts
