Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years ServiceNow platform experience
ITIL Foundation Certification required
Full lifecycle development for customizations
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
Experience with ITSM and ITIL practices
Nice-to-have
ServiceNow Admin Certification preferred
Strong user-centric approach to adoption
Experience with HR, Finance, Facilities processes
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in cross-functional projects
Key Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of ServiceNow design and implementation
ITIL Foundation Certification mandatory
