Job Summary

  • The Procurement Officer will ensure efficient and effective procurement of goods and services while continuously identifying and implementing innovative approaches to maximize value in the supply chain management cycle.
  • The role involves managing procurement processes in line with PATH policies, donor regulations, and local laws, as well as maintaining good business relationships with suppliers and preparing accurate procurement reports.

Key Requirements

  • Up to date KISM membership
  • Minimum 6 years progressive relevant experience in NGO sector
  • Knowledge of US Government grant and procurement regulations
  • Master’s degree and CIPS qualification (added advantage)
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills
