Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 20+ years of experience in construction delivery
At least 10 years in senior leadership roles on large-scale or mega projects
Proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure, public realm, and high-profile architectural developments
Extensive experience managing PMCM consultants and Tier 1 contractors
Strong knowledge of international construction standards and contract forms (e.g., FIDIC)
