Job Summary
Lead a team of data scientists and analytics experts to serve as the COE for data, analytics, and AI applications in AIA Hong Kong & Macau’s propositions and healthcare business areas.
Optimize proposition and healthcare data analytics to inform proposals for propositions and supporting tools, taking ownership of claims analytics and insights to drive innovative ideas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to propose and evaluate actions for performance improvements, increase operational efficiency, and lead the design and maintenance of business performance dashboards.
