Job Summary

• This newly created team future proposition is to provide guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day to day HR needs for employee by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee focused processes.
• This role will support the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.
• The HR Delivery Relationship Manager is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.
