Must-have
Deep understanding of Real Estate PE and Private Debt structures
Experience reviewing NAV calculations and performance fees
Knowledge of IFRS, HGB, Lux GAAP, and US GAAP standards
Ability to manage external fund administrators and SLAs
Proficiency with AIFMD, KAGB, INREV, and BaFin filings
Nice-to-have
German language proficiency
INREV experience preferred
Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
Experience with Investran, Yardi, or efront systems
Continuous improvement and automation mindset
Key Requirements
Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
Strong background in alternative fund structures and valuation
