Job Summary

  • Workday’s Global Product Content team is focused on building, maintaining and operating fully localized configuration, integrations, reports and Extend applications that meet our customer’s needs in global markets.
  • As a Functional Architect, Office of the CxO (oCxO), you will be instrumental in industrializing deployments by treating the tenant as a product, delivered out-of-the-box to fulfill customer demand for a complete, working system in an expedited timeframe.

  • 15+ years functional experience
  • Strengthening problem statement to connect value propositions to business drivers
  • Managing executive stakeholders
  • Working within a distributed team
  • Workday Certification in HCM or Finance
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
  • Ability to gain thorough understanding of Workday concepts
  • Sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
