Job Summary

  • In this role, you will secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Retail sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years commercial real estate sales experience
  • Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of CA
  • Strong knowledge of lease structures
  • Deep understanding of market cycles
  • Prior experience using CRM programs
