  • You will help lead complex technology uplifts, implement Agentic AI and centralised automation frameworks, and design scalable, resilient systems that unlock new levels of speed, intelligence, and customer value.
  • You will mentor engineers, elevate Chapter capability, and shape standards that define how Home Lending is built and run.
