This position will oversee Team Leads and employees within various departments and shifts while ensuring all health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
Candidates must collaborate with HR to interview, hire, train, and develop associates while working with Inside Sales to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.

Must-have
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Experience with material handling equipment
Ability to implement safety incident investigations
Knowledge of SAP and Blue Yonder systems
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
