Job Summary

  • The role involves supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals through efficient use of manpower, material, and machine.
  • Candidates will be responsible for planning and monitoring the movement of Work In Progress (WIP) to maximize throughput while minimizing idle time.
  • The position requires mentoring manufacturing leaders and assistants to develop skills necessary for efficient manufacturing operations.
