Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 2–5 years experience, or Bachelor’s with 5–7 years
  • Strong understanding of material properties and selection criteria
  • Experience with brazing, welding, and heat treatment processes
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and design of experiments
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, and ASME standards
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
