Must-have
18+ years IT-BFSI delivery experience
Proven Major Incident Commander role
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Strong understanding of distributed systems failure modes
Hands-on exposure to mission-critical systems
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Custody Trade Payments Operations
Experience with Dynatrace Splunk Prometheus Grafana
Familiarity with ServiceNow Remedy Jira Service Management
Strong situational control under high pressure
Ability to lead through influence without fixing systems
Key Requirements
18+ years overall IT-BFSI delivery experience
10+ years in IT Operations or Incident Management
Participation in on-call rotation including weekends
