  • As BB Contract Management Program Lead, you will play a critical role in uplifting how Business Banking identifies, governs and manages negotiated customer contractual commitments, strengthening risk discipline, improving customer outcomes and enabling sustainable growth.
  • This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end design and execution of the BB Customer Contract Management Program, ensuring negotiated customer contracts are consistently governed, operationally executable, monitored and assured within risk appetite, and embedded into business‑as‑usual operating models across Business Banking and Institutional Banking and Markets.
  • You’ll step into a highly visible and impactful role, leading a critical Business Banking program that strengthens how we manage customer commitments and non‑financial risk at scale.
