Job Summary

• The Estimating Coordinator supports Leopardo’s preconstruction and estimating team by managing bid documentation, coordinating pursuit logistics, and assisting estimators throughout the full estimating lifecycle.
• This role is critical to maintaining organized, accurate, and timely bid submissions across multiple concurrent pursuits.

• 2+ years construction administration experience
• Experience supporting commercial construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Proficiency in PDF software (Bluebeam preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
