Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related field with 9+ years of experience
  • Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
  • PhD with 4+ years of experience
  • 5+ years leading technology transfer/NPI projects
  • Proven ability to manage design changes in Medical Device/Diagnostics regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to travel globally approximately 25%
