The Graduate Trainee Programme ('Sons of the Sea' Scheme) is a strategic talent development scheme initiated by China Overseas Land & Investment to recruit fresh graduates for property development and business management positions.
The three-year scheme provides trainees with the opportunity to gain all-around exposure by rotating between different projects in China including GBA cities and Hong Kong.
Trainees will be systematically trained to become elites with comprehensive management skills across property investment, sales & marketing, and project management.
