The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development will drive end to end execution of strategic transactions and projects supporting dentsu Group’s strategy.
This role involves collaborating with Group Functions and Global M&A teams to support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including strategic screening, due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying growth levers, evaluating strategic options, executing transactions, and supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.
