Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Tech will maintain a wide variety of buildings and building systems at designated CCHCS locations.
The Building Maintenance Tech will provide preventive and predictive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repairs and special projects assigned by manager, all to a good and workmanlike standard.
Must work well with customers, contractors and team members and deliver highest level of service.
