Key Requirements

  • 6-8 years residential mortgage underwriting experience
  • 3 years team lead or management experience
  • knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines
  • working knowledge of RESPA 2010, HMDA, MDIA, AIR
  • experience with AUS systems DU/LP and TOTAL Scorecard
  • ability to work on-site
  • smartphone meeting company security standards
