Pierre Fabre is seeking a Responsable Contrôle Qualité for a 12-month contract in Lot, France. The candidate will lead the quality control laboratory, manage teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Job Summary

  • The Quality Control Manager pilots the activity of the quality control laboratory and manages the laboratory teams to ensure the realization, reliability, and traceability of controls, in compliance with current standards, GMP, hygiene, safety rules, and the requirements of the Group and competent authorities.
  • Responsibilities include defining and organizing laboratory activity, managing the laboratory team, organizing the service and execution of controls, ensuring the production and updating of the documentary system, and guaranteeing the application of procedures.
  • The ideal candidate has a Bac+5 in Quality, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality control laboratory with significant team and laboratory management experience, and strong technical and managerial skills.
