Job Summary

• The position helps develop and maintain designs and specifications for Church owned and leased facilities in the Europe Central Area (36+ countries) and ensures that meetinghouses convey an adequate image in the community, and that the design, construction, operations and maintenance costs are defensible and sustainable.
• Play a key role in the development, implementation and support of area specific solutions including smart technology and sustainable design, development, and construction.
• Works with area workforce to identify training needs and assist in developing a training plan for field personnel, project managers and external consultants, contractors, and architects.
