• As a member of a cross-functional team, the DFC Business Analyst I resolves support tickets, implements system enhancements and automation, develops reports, and helps onboard and train new users.
• The analyst reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor and directly influences systems, operations, and customer experience.
