You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in departmental management.
This role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and maintaining current reference materials and manuals at the nurses' stations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Current CPR certification required
