Job Summary
The Vocational Specialist provides supportive services including outreach, monitoring, assessment, and service planning to assist ACT participants with obtaining and maintaining skills needed for community engagement.
Job duties include providing in vivo services such as assisting with daily living, budget planning, housing maintenance, accessing benefits, meal planning, transportation, and accompanying clients to appointments.
The role involves developing relationships with employers, matching participants with jobs, and offering on-the-job support and coaching in line with the Supported Employment model.
