NXP USA Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician specializing in Etch/Metals to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Chandler, Arizona. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and technical skills, particularly in troubleshooting and maintaining semiconductor tools, while also demonstrating effective communication and physical endurance

Job Summary

  • The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Metals/Etch equipment area.
  • The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
  • The desired candidate will be required to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills, stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), and be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
