The primary purpose of the Early Intervention Services Supervisor (EISS) is to provide leadership and supervision to staff coordinating services for children (birth-to-three) with developmental delays.
The EISS is responsible for managing staff personnel, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations (e.g., IDEA Part C), overseeing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and facilitating training.
